Hearth Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to support hospice patients and families in Chattanooga and Hixson. Weekend on-call schedule runs from Friday 4:30 pm to Monday 8 am.
Responsibilities include rapid assessment, care coordination, and compassionate support in patients' homes and our agency. The role requires an RN license, 1 year of RN experience in acute care, EMR proficiency, and CPR where required.
