Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our inpatient psychiatry team in Chattanooga, TN. This role is ideal for providers who enjoy acute psychiatric care in a structured inpatient environment and appreciate a balanced schedule that supports both professional growth and personal time.

Compensation: $125,000+ annually (based on experience)

- Conduct comprehensive
psychiatric evaluations and medication management
for inpatient populations - Participate in
daily rounds, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary meetings - Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and clinical teams to deliver coordinated care
- Assist with
discharge planning and continuity of care - Maintain
accurate and timely clinical documentation
in accordance with regulatory standards
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)or
Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience - Active Tennessee license
or license eligibility - TennesseeDEA license
or ability to obtain - Comfortable working in an
inpatient psychiatric setting - Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage
acute psychiatric presentations - Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to
patient-centered care
