Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) will join a dedicated healthcare team with responsibilities in the Med/Surg unit. This role is vital in providing quality patient care and supporting the overall mission of healthcare excellence.

Schedule:

Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of care standards.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; advanced certifications may be preferred.
