Travel RN - Correctional Health Services Administrator; HSA)

Travel Registered Nurse as a Correctional Health Services Administrator (HSA) for an 8-week assignment in or near Cleveland, TN. Provide comprehensive nursing care to inmates while collaborating with security to maintain a safe environment. • Provide comprehensive nursing care to inmates, including assessments, treatments, and health education.

• Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment during health interventions.

• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in electronic health records (EHR).

• Execute emergency procedures and respond to urgent health issues promptly.

• Maintain compliance with security protocols and facility rules during shifts.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Valid CPR certification

• Minimum of 2 years of corrections experience as a registered nurse

• Ability to work in a secure environment with background clearance pending confirmation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform under security measures with a guard present during shifts

• Prior experience working with inmates or in a correctional health setting

• Health Services Administrator (HSA) experience

You hold a Tennessee RN license and BLS certification. You have at least two years corrections nursing experience. You can collaborate with security while delivering inmate care
