🌱 Lawn Technician

📍 Chattanooga, Tennessee

💵 $19.00 – $23.00 / hr (based on experience & license)

Are you ready to work outdoors, earn great pay, and join a supportive crew? We’re offering $19–$23/hr for technicians who want steady work, room to grow, and a company that values your hard work. Bonus $500- 1/2 at hire and 1/2 at 90 days- if you already have a pesticide applicator certification in TN or GA.

  - $22/hr. starting pay (depending on experience & license)

• Paid time off- 3 weeks during christmas/winter break

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest treatments
• Drive a company vehicle on assigned routes
• Communicate with customers professionally
• Maintain equipment and complete reports accurately
• Able to upsell services
  - Sale commission
• Help with aerations/seedings in fall

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Tennessee pesticide applicator license (preferred or willingness to obtain)- BONUS for licensed pesticide applicators- $200 at start and $200 at 60 days.
• Reliable, hard-working, and able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Ability to raise 50 lbs bag
• Clean driving record
• Willing to have a background check
• Strong work ethics
