Logistics Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receive shipment of test device packages.
• Clean/sanitize testing devices using germicidal wipes and reassemble the devices while wearing required PPE.
• Upload testing data from the device using the required applications.
• Process accompanying paperwork using the required applications.
• Charge the testing devices, as needed.
• Program and ship testing devices.
• Ship testing devices.
• Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot shipping problems (training provided).
• Restock supplies, as needed.
• Handle transit reports.
• Validate addresses.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in MS Internet Explorer, Excel, and various MS office programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent production abilities.
• Ability to follow directions easily.
• Ability to understand the importance of a “team” concept.

• Must be flexible in terms of working hours to meet the requirements of the position.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to speak clearly on the telephone.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer as needed.
• Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

A minimum of one (1) year of logistics experience.
