Fiber Optic Audit Inspector In Knoxville, Tn

Position Overview

Looking for an Inspector to support the construction of a dark fiber conduit line across Tennessee. This job will be working in tandem with a Construction Manager and a Resident Manager. The Inspector should be based out of the Knoxville, TN area and expect to travel to the construction sites across Tennessee roughly 80% of their time.

• High School or equivalent
• Experience in construction or fiber optic inspection/auditing.
• Experience auditing hand-holes, splice cases, and construction quality.
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety, and compliance.
• Experience with audit documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible for all audits in assigned construction segment.
• Will perform an audit on 10% of hand-holes and splice cases.
• Conduct site audits according to requirements (1FA to co-develop with customer).
