Quality Assurance Test Analyst

Our client, a payment solutions company, is seeking a QA Test Analyst for a 12 month contract role located in Chattanooga, TN. This role is hybrid with 3 days onsite.

Our client is seeking an experienced self-starter Quality Assurance (QA) Professional to support software and mobile application testing initiatives. This individual will play a key role in ensuring product quality through effective test planning, execution, and validation across the software development lifecycle.

• Execute manual testing for software and mobile applications.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and Agile teams.
• Learn new products quickly and become a subject matter expert on functionality and user experience.
• Ensure releases meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Support API testing efforts and validate integrations between systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• Strong background in software and mobile application testing
• Experience creating and maintaining detailed test cases and test plans
• Familiarity with API testing methodologies and tools
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail
