General Purpose
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.
Essential Job Functions
Adhering to our high-quality employee standards by:

* Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Minimum Qualifications
* Previous management experience in food service
* Knowledge of common food safety practices
* Strong leadership qualities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and communication skills
Working Conditions
* Subject to frustrations in meeting work demands due to frequent interruptions.
* Fast paced, required to make decisions quickly
* May work beyond normal duty hours, on weekends, and in other positions temporarily, when necessary.
