Job Description

As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your REAL self to work every day.

• You keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• You master keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures.
• You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan and take action to correct them.
• You support fellow team members with non-stock related tasks or assist guests, knowing teamwork makes the dream work.
• You prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
