Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions and resets while maintaining visual integrity;
Plan/execute daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to meet visual merchandising and sales goals;
Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions and stock product;
Support customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to maintain store profitability;
Review store scorecard data and act within zones to improve sales and expense metrics
