The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy retail environment, passionately sharing beauty trends and guiding customers through product knowledge while delivering a quick, enjoyable shopping experience.

• Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge.
• Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for.
• Maintain a clean sales floor, complete all inventory processes, and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolution.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re‑merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Hourly pay ranges from $15.70 to $16.30, varying by location and compliant with applicable state‑specific laws. Pay offers depend on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
