Assistant Store Manager – Chattanooga, TN
Full‑time position with hourly pay ranging from $12.65 to $18.00 and eligibility for bonus programs.
Responsibilities- Assist and consult with the Store Manager on overall store operations and administrative duties.
- Manage daily store activities including sales, customer service, store appearance, and inventory.
- Act as the store manager during the primary manager’s absence, ensuring sales goals and customer satisfaction are met.
- Train, develop, and supervise staff to provide superior guest experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and safety regulations.
- Experience in retail management or a related supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
