Game Stop - 2100 Hamilton Place Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with video gaming needs, inform of promotions and promotions; promote guest benefits and loyalty programs.;
Assist Store Manager with setting guest service expectations and training store associates; ensure onboarding, training, and compliance training completed prior to shifts.;
Supervise staffing and delegates tasks in absence of Store Manager; monitor associate performance and provide feedback; input performance notes into HR system.;
Maintain store appearance, inventory control, loss prevention, and security; ensure orders are fulfilled and bank deposits are handled.;
Manage cash handling, closeout paperwork, and POS transactions; ensure accurate documentation of shipments, inventories, and discrepancies.
