* In-Person Sales:
Provide immediate, high-quality service to all walk-in retail and wholesale customers.
* Parts Identification:
Use inventory software to help customers find exact matches for their vehicles with the vehicles on-site.
* Sales:
Actively manage the front counter area, processing cash and credit transactions using POS systems.
* Yard Coordination:
Communicate directly with parts pullers to retrieve parts for customers that want the company to pull their parts for them
* Merchandising & Displays:
Set up and maintain physical displays of popular parts (e.g., batteries, fluids, tools) to drive impulse sales.
* Core & Returns Management:
Inspect physical parts returned by walk-in customers to verify condition and process credits or warranty claims
* Assumes other duties as assigned### Education & Experience
* To perform this job this job successfully, an individual must have a strong customer service background.
* Must be able to communicate effectively.
* High School or G.E.D. Equivalent preferred. College coursework desired.
* Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
* Two to three years of prior customer service relations preferred.### Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
* Ability to establish priorities and demonstrate effective time-management skills.
* Must be able to work in a team oriented environment.
* Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
