• Build and deepen referral relationships with realtors, builders, financial professionals, and past clients
• Generate and maintain a strong loan pipeline
• Take full ownership of the mortgage process from application through closing
• Structure smart, competitive loan solutions
• Collect documentation and complete the 1003 within Encompass
• Originate a wide range of products including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo
• Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience that drives repeat business

Required:

• Minimum 1+ year of self-generating mortgage production
• Active NMLS license
• Established referral network preferred
• Working knowledge of agency and/or government guidelines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Motivated by performance and income growth
• Comfortable operating in a competitive environment

As required by the S.A.F.E. Act
, candidates must maintain active NMLS registration.

Preferred:

• Experience with Encompass LOS
• Proven production history
• Strong local relationships
