Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Network Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand our referral network and brand presence within the real estate, mortgage, insurance, and property services community. This role is responsible for building, nurturing, and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive consistent inspection volume and long-term brand loyalty. This is a field-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on networking, face-to-face relationship building, and representing a trusted professional brand.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, mortgage lenders, insurance agents, property managers, and builders
- Establish referral partnerships that generate consistent home inspection leads
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners
- Maintain regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups with key partners
- Represent the company at real estate offices, open houses, industry networking events, and community and professional association meetings
- Promote the company’s inspection services, value proposition, and differentiators
- Distribute marketing materials and coordinate branded promotions
- Identify new partnership opportunities within the local real estate ecosystem
- Develop creative referral programs and incentive initiatives
- Track referral activity and conversion performance
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Collaborate with operations and inspection teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and partnerships
- Provide weekly or monthly reporting on new partnerships established, referral activity, and revenue impact from network marketing efforts
Required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Professional, confident, and personable demeanor
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or contact management tools
Preferred
- Experience in real estate, home inspections, mortgage, insurance, or home services
- Sales, business development, or account management experience
- Existing relationships within the real estate or housing industry
- Event marketing or community outreach experience
