Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Birmingham, Huntsville, Dalton (GA), and Chattanooga areas. The Preventative Maintenance Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s preventative maintenance programs for mechanical systems. Key tasks involve developing customized proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring customers' needs are met.

Collaboration with the internal team to achieve individual and team sales goals is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, networking, and negotiating
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems or previous experience in the mechanical contracting industry preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
  • Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the Greater Chattanooga area
