This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Benefits Advisor, located in Chattanooga, TN. The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for delivering world‑class customer service, providing guidance on employee benefits and insurance plans, and conducting personalized training sessions to educate employees. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of their benefits packages.

• Strong knowledge and skills in Employee Benefits and Insurance
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and Training
• Experience in Sales with an ability to meet client needs effectively
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and organized with the ability to work on‑site
• Prior experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
