We are seeking a driven, consultative sales professional to join our team as an Executive Benefits Consultant in the Chattanooga market. In this role, you will represent one of the nation's leading worksite benefits providers — connecting businesses and their employees with voluntary benefit solutions that provide real financial protection.
Your primary focus will be developing relationships with HR managers, benefits administrators, and business owners — setting appointments, delivering compelling presentations, and closing group enrollment agreements that make a lasting difference in people's lives.
This is a hybrid position — you'll have the freedom to work in the field meeting clients and the flexibility to handle administrative work remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES What You'll Be Doing- Prospect and develop a pipeline of business clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement in the Chattanooga area
- Schedule and conduct appointments with HR managers, benefits decision-makers, and business owners to present voluntary benefit solutions
- Deliver consultative, needs-based presentations that educate employers on the value of worksite benefits for their workforce
- Close group enrollment agreements and manage the onboarding process for new accounts
- Facilitate employee enrollment meetings and benefits fairs at client worksites
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business through exceptional service, renewals, and referrals
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements

- Proven sales experience — B2B, insurance, benefits, financial services, or related field strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Tennessee Life & Health Insurance License Required
An active TN Life & Health license is required to begin writing business. Candidates currently in the process of obtaining their license are welcome to apply — we'll support you through the process.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Prior experience in voluntary or worksite benefits (Aflac, Colonial Life, Unum, Met Life, Allstate Benefits, etc.)
- Established relationships with HR professionals or business owners in the Chattanooga market
- Experience facilitating group enrollments or employee benefits presentations
- Interest in building and leading a team of consultants in the future
