Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to warm leads with highest customer service.
• Conduct in-depth product or service presentations to potential clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs.
• Tailor sales pitches and solutions to address the specific needs of each prospect.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve our sales processes.
• Driven, upbeat, the glass is half full, ready to build, sell and be the face of the company.

• MOVING INDUSTRY SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service.
• Experience in the moving and storage industry (preferred).
• Previous experience with Zoho, Ring Central and other CRM platforms (a plus).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong closing skills, sales call center and go-getter.
• Results-driven with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with B2C sales model.
• High level of persistence, resilience, and determination.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Different Shifts Available:
  Monday - Sunday between 8am - 9pm EST
