Job Description

Are you a Flatbed carrier sales rep looking for a new role? LST Group is currently seeking a Heavy Haul/Oversized Freight Team Lead. If you are the “go to” for oversized loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can sling freight all day, every day.

You can smell a double broker/shady shade carrier from a mile away

You can spot quote standard oversize/overweight shipments and have carrier relationships to provide truck in hand pricing for superloads.

You have an excellent understanding of dimensions/equipment specifications.

You are comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding scheduling, ETAs, etc.

You are able and willing to work with an amazing flatbed carrier sales/operations team.

You like being treated with dignity and respect by your coworkers.
