• Experience in consumer sales
• No insurance experience required (prior sales experience with Allstate or State Farm is preferred)
• Must be willing to obtain necessary licensure prior to hire
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi‑task, follow through, and follow‑up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
