Automotive BDC​/Internet Sales Representative

We are looking to fill a position within our Automotive BDC/Internet sales department. If you have excellent customer service and phone skills we want you! We offer weekly pay and excellent benefits. Internet sales at a high volume automotive dealership experience desired.

As an Automotive BDC/Internet Sales Representative at Long of Chattanooga Auto Mall, you will be the vital link between our customers and our dealership. You will engage with potential buyers, respond to online inquiries, and help guide customers through their automotive purchase journey with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your ability to effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service will help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

• Respond promptly and professionally to internet and phone inquiries regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options.
• Qualify and follow up with potential customers to generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure follow-through on customer interests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the dealership management system.
• Develop strong product knowledge to effectively communicate vehicle features and benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience and build lasting relationships.

• Previous experience in automotive sales, BDC, or internet sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer interactions efficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the automotive market and product offerings is a plus.
