We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and self‑motivated client representative professional who will specialize in leading an exceptional client experience. The Experience Leader will deepen and strengthen our relationships with our current clients by leading the full client experience.
The Experience Leader will be actively driving property enhancements by identifying and qualifying the unique needs of each client and property. Our Experience Leaders stay in constant communication with our clients, maintaining a record of enhancement opportunities, presenting proposals for enhancement services, and will follow up accordingly. The Thrive Experience leaders must meet and exceed monthly and annual enhancement project revenue goals with the client group they are leading, communicate proactively with all client needs, respond in a timely manner to all client requests, and lead daily to build and maintain client confidence in Thrive Outdoors ability to meet their needs and expectations.
Regular property audits must be performed to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of service. Communication and coordination with operations team is imperative.
This position requires a highly competitive, positive, and result‑driven professional. To thrive in this role; strong leadership skills, dedication to continual self‑improvement, excellence on all client deliverables, ability to overcome obstacles, and clear and concise communication skills are necessary. To be considered for this role, an individual must provide a proven track record of success in a client representative type role.
Horticultural and landscape enhancement knowledge is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and meet physical/body position requirements as stated by the Americans with Disabilities Act Section 4.0.
