Commercial Sales Representative
Overview
Our client, a growing provider of roll-off and commercial waste solutions, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to support the expansion of their permanent service offerings. This role is responsible for developing new commercial accounts, establishing long-term service agreements, and building strong relationships with facility leaders across manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial environments.
If you have experience in waste services, commercial equipment sales, or recurring service contracts, this position offers the opportunity to work with a locally operated organization that values responsiveness, partnership, and customer commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial accounts within manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial sectors
Conduct onsite visits to evaluate customer waste-handling needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
Create and present proposals, pricing packages, and long-term service agreements
Maintain regular communication with facility managers, operations leaders, and business owners to support account growth and service continuity
Partner with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction
Monitor sales pipelines, track opportunities, and consistently work toward revenue goals
Build and retain a portfolio of long-term commercial service accounts
Ideal Candidate Profile
Background in waste services, roll-off/container rentals, facility services, environmental services, or related commercial service industries
Experience selling to manufacturing or industrial operations is highly preferred
Comfortable working independently, managing a sales territory, and building relationships in the field
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Prior experience with contracted or recurring service agreements is a plus
Candidates with strong B2B sales success will be considered even without direct waste industry experience
Compensation
Base salary starting at $50,000+ annually
Competitive commission structure tied to new account acquisition and long-term service agreements
