As a sales professional in the Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) division, you will build and grow your own business, collaborating closely with experienced sales teams to understand clinical and product knowledge while representing Stryker as a leader in the marketplace.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Sales Representatives and Managers to learn clinical and product knowledge and refine selling techniques.
- Receive training and independently study to perform at the highest levels in operating rooms and with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Represent Stryker as a leader in the industry and marketplace.
- Identify and promote solutions and sell products that improve patient lives.
- Build a business one customer and account at a time, identifying and prospecting new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources to help customers achieve sales objectives, including educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies.
- Foster a culture that attracts top performers and supports career growth.
- One or more years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
- Must be comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods for promoting products or services.
- Understanding of marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Ability to handle competing priorities and adapt to changing daily demands.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity.
- Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field, including weekends and overnight travel.
- Highly organized with strong schedule management skills.
- Personal car required for transporting product inventory and client support.
- Capable of learning from setbacks and developing strategies to reduce recurrence.
$70,000–$80,000 salary and may be eligible to earn a bonus + benefits.
