Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $14.00 Per Hour

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50 % of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal free of debris

• Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies
• Transportation: Requires a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle to travel between work locations or for other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
