Responsibilities

  • Improve productivity of assigned group of sales colleagues.
  • Implement, coordinate, and present new hire training & development program.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and facilitation to new and existing sales colleagues.
  • Partner with field leadership to train and coach associates to maximize performance.
  • Hire, onboard, train, manage and engage frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
  • Support collaboration between Sales and Operations to align goals and drive performance.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to monitor performance and focus on skill development.
  • Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in assigned territory.
  • Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly one‑on‑one debriefs to improve communication.
  • Ensure team meets or exceeds all activity standards (e.g., inspections per week) and other selected KPIs.
  • Set a strong example in personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits.
  • Monitor progress against revenue objectives; jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization.
  • Serve as steward of Rentokil Terminix business model at branch level.
  • Plan, organize, and procure job‑related items for new hires.
  • Work with new hires to assess opportunities for improvement and provide feedback.
  • Communicate any team training needs for continuous improvement.
  • Increase unit sales and dollars by applying company sales practices.
  • Maintain minimum sales activity requirements while in field.
  • Ensure creative and sound sales programs and proper use of sales materials.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Strong written communication: reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals.
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Basic business mathematics and sales data analysis.
  • Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies.
Education & Certifications
  • At least one year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Maintain required licenses/certificates as mandated by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
  • Valid driver's license from state of residence.
Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions
  • Moving up to 20 lbs. by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or repositioning objects.
  • Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • Work in damp, dusty, confined spaces, narrow aisles, passageways.
  • Use stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and operate a motor vehicle safely.
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment; wear personal protective equipment including OSHA‑compliant respirators.
  • Perform detail‑oriented tasks at close distance.
  • Endure seasonal weather extremes (heat/cold).
  • Work flexible hours, including evening, weekend, rotating on‑call, and peak season extended (50–60 hours/week).
Travel Requirements

Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
