Outside Sales Representative

About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative at Groundworks, you will provide consultative, in‑home sales for foundation repair and water management solutions. You will build and manage your own book of business while leveraging company support to achieve high performance.

• Travel within your sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections.
• Utilize warm, pre‑qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with a generated job proposal.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain customer relationships and track the sales lead pipeline.
• Report to home branch for sales team initiatives and meetings.

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission, B2C, or in‑home sales environments is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

• Uncapped earning potential with average base salary $100‑150k; top performers $200‑600k.
• Training pay of $750 per week.
