Job DescriptionREPOWR is looking for a high-energy Carrier Sales Representative to grow our carrier network and drive trailer reservations on our platform.
This role is ideal for someone with a freight broker or carrier sales background who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment. You’ll be responsible for prospecting carriers, building long-term relationships, and driving consistent trailer bookings through REPOWR’s Platform.

- Prospect and onboard trucking carriers to the REPOWR platform
- Build long-term partnerships with carriers that consistently reserve trailers
- Drive trailer reservations and increase carrier activity on the platform
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales outreach (50–80 calls per day)
- Manage your pipeline and sales activity in Hub Spot
- Collaborate with internal teams to match carrier demand with available trailers
- 2+ years of freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics sales experience
- Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills
- Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced sales environments
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
