In-Home Sales Representative
Westside Shower & Bath
Location: Atlanta Metro Area, GA (and surrounding areas)
Earning Potential: $100,000–$150,000+ annually (Commission-Based)
Westside Shower & Bath is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, results-driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join our team. We help homeowners transform their bathrooms with stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bath and shower solutions.
If you are passionate about helping customers, enjoy meeting with homeowners, and are motivated by unlimited earning potential, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solutions
- Conduct professional in-home presentations
- Use company-provided tools and technology to create customized designs
- Present pricing options and close sales
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to project completion
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners and closing sales
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
