Job Description

LS Promotions is looking for driven, personable individuals to join our team as AT&T Sales Associates, representing AT&T's fiber and wireless services throughout the Nashville, TN area.

In this role, you'll connect directly with prospective customers, walking them through AT&T's latest offerings and helping them land on the service that actually fits their household or business. It's a role built on relationship-building, direct outreach, and hands-on sales, all in a fast-moving, people-first environment.

What You'll Do Day to Day as an AT&T Sales Associate:

• Connect with prospective customers in person to walk through AT&T Fiber and wireless options
• Work a provided lead list to reach out to residential prospects and convert warm leads into sales
• Build genuine customer relationships through clear communication and tailored recommendations
• Break down current promotions, pricing, and service features so customers can make confident decisions
• Close sales and guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and ongoing support
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and daily performance
