ROLEDESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative for Trey Nelms - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to effectively relate to customers.
- Property & Casualty license
Salary 24k Base with 2k bump once get life and health licensed and added monthly commissions
- $250 monthly 15k Premium written with 1 minimum financial service (increased base of 3K)
- $500 Monthly 20k premium written with 1 minimum financial service (increased base of 6k)
- $750 Monthly 25k premium written with 1 minimum financial service (increased base of 9k)
Average with Base + commissions $55K-$65K
