In person 1 on 1 training as well as complete course to learn everything needed catered specifically for roofing sales at Quality RRC. Always promote internaly. We have all the tools needed to make sales easy and successful! from drones to Hail Trace.

• THIS IS A DOOR TO DOOR SALES JOB
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively promote our products
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

• Past Roofing sales is a huge plus
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Pipe Drive or other CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
