Job Title: New Business Account Manager
Location: On-site (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven New Business Account Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities while building strong relationships with distributor partners. This role focuses on prospecting, sales growth, and maintaining accurate customer and sales data, with regular collaboration across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new business prospects into distributor partnerships

• Maintain a consistent pipeline and provide weekly sales forecasts and reports

• Manage customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation in CRM systems

• Prepare and deliver sales quotes with accurate product details

• Participate in daily sales meetings and contribute to team objectives

• Travel periodically and attend industry trade shows as needed

Requirements:

• Strong experience in business development and sales

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

• Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain organized reporting

• Willingness to travel as required
