FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Location: Brentwood, TN (On-Site)
Pay: $20/hour + Commission

Integra Loan Tech is a rapidly growing financial technology company headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee. For nearly 30 years, we've partnered with community banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders across the United States to modernize the lending process through innovative software.

We're looking for energetic, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating with professionals, and generating new business opportunities.

• Build relationships with executives at banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, email, Linked In, and other marketing campaigns.
• Qualify prospective clients and schedule product demonstrations for our sales team.
• Research financial institutions and identify key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate prospect information and sales activity in Salesforce.
• Manage assigned territories and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to support lead generation campaigns.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with executives and business professionals.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technology and CRM systems.
• Must reside in the Franklin, Brentwood, or greater Nashville area.
• Ability to work from our Brentwood office.

Sales, banking, mortgage, finance, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for motivated individuals.
