You know how to open doors, earn trust, and turn a first conversation into a lasting business relationship. We’re looking for someone who can put those strengths to work helping grow Ready Now Restoration’s Chattanooga market.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll build relationships with local businesses and professionals who need a restoration company they can confidently recommend. Your goal is to make RNR their first call when a customer needs help—and turn those relationships into a consistent source of business.

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact, work directly with company leadership, and connect your earnings to the results you produce.

Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, contractors, and other professionals who encounter property damage. Get out into the market, introduce RNR, learn what potential partners need, and earn their confidence through consistent follow-through.

You’ll develop new referral opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and coordinate with our operations team to help partners and customers receive a responsive, professional experience.

Success here means more than being well-liked. It means turning relationships into projects, keeping your commitments, and staying organized enough that good opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.

You’re comfortable starting conversations and asking for business. You can handle a “not right now” without losing momentum, and you understand that the follow-up is often where the relationship is won.

You bring initiative, sound judgment, and a track record of getting results. Experience in outside sales, business development, restoration, construction, plumbing, or property management is valuable. An existing Chattanooga network is a plus, but the ability to build one matters more.

This is a local, field-based opportunity involving regular in-person meetings throughout the Chattanooga area. It is best suited to someone who enjoys being out in the community—not someone looking for a remote, desk-only position. Some separately compensated field assistance may also be needed.

This is a 1099 contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. The advertised earnings range is an estimate of potential annual earnings, not a guaranteed salary. Actual earnings depend on results and the compensation agreement.
