September 7, 2026 – September 30, 2027 Make an Impact on Regional Conservation & Water Resources Are you passionate about environmental stewardship and looking to launch your career in natural resource management? Johnson Service Group (JSG) is partnering with the nation's largest public energy provider to find a driven Watershed Representative! This unique, developmental role offers immersive training within watershed operations.

As you gain hands-on experience, you'll take on expanding responsibilities in environmental reviews, shoreline protection, and community-driven resource stewardship—building a powerful foundation for a career in environmental science and land management.

What You'll Do

  • Protect Waterways & Shorelines:
    Assist with environmental evaluations and Section 26a permit processing for shoreline and land-use activities along public reservoirs.
  • Support Sustainable Land Use:
    Review development requests to ensure projects align with long-term watershed improvement, habitat protection, and cultural preservation goals.
  • Drive Long-Range Conservation:
    Help shape regional water quality strategies and collaborate on conservation projects that safeguard natural habitats.
  • Engage the Community:
    Build active partnerships with local watershed coalitions, government agencies, and public stakeholders to support environmental and recreational initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Biology, Forestry, Ecology, Plant Sciences, Environmental Science, GIS, or a closely related discipline.
  • Passion for Stewardship: A genuine desire to improve water quality, protect ecosystems, and promote responsible land management.
  • Communication &

    Collaboration:

    Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and engage with community stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset:
