Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, hallways, and other assigned areas to help to control access, observe unusual behavior, and support a professional environment;
Assist with security-related requests such as escort support, directions, and reporting of hazards and/or maintenance concerns according to site protocols
