As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Chattanooga, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government. This Part‑Time role allows flexibility and opportunities to build a schedule that works for you.

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations calmly, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors, local authorities, and site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity, potential hazards, and security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and support restricted area access control in accordance with post orders and applicable regulations.
• Perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site requirements, maintaining professionalism while helping deter unauthorized activity and support security‑related operations.

• At least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required under all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
