Position Security Officer Patrol Agent – Jefferson City, TN

As a Security Officer Patrol Agent, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, among others. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting daily operations with a people‑first approach.

Job Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify entry permissions for visitors and deliveries, and support orderly traffic flow for people, vehicles, and materials entering or leaving the location.
• Assist with incident reporting, policy reminders, and communication during operational disruptions, weather events, and other critical situations requiring a visible on‑site presence.

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Eligible for consideration with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
