Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, offering directions and support to visitors and staff.;
Assist with de-escalation of tense situations and help to support order during high-traffic periods, visitor interactions, and/or emergency-related events.
