Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and site information, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific procedures.
