Position Overview
This full‑time position offers skilled welders the opportunity to produce finished weldments for heavy equipment. Weld primarily mild steel using the MIG process, read and weld to provided prints, understand bills of material and welding symbols, and operate hand grinders, drills, overhead cranes, and miscellaneous measurement tools.
Shift DetailsWeekend shift: 5:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday. Receive a $2.50 per hour shift differential. Overtime is occasionally available on Mondays and Thursdays.
Required Documentation for Interview- Valid / Driver’s license (government‑issued)
- SS card
- Birth certificate (original or certified copy)
- Military
- Valid passport
All tools, equipment, and supplies are provided, except for the welding hood and steel‑toe shoes.
10 paid holidays plus vacation: 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 18 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, and 4 weeks after 10 years.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance at very reasonable rates, with family coverage approximately $100 per week.
Company‑paid life insurance for the employee; optional family coverage at discounted cost.
Uniforms provided. Pay is weekly. Regularly scheduled performance reviews.
