Countertop Install Helper

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Counter top Installation Helper to join our team. This role involves assisting with the delivery and installation of countertops at residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is physically capable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Assist lead installers with counter top installation (granite, quartz, etc.)
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely to and from job sites
• Drive company vehicles to deliver countertops and equipment
• Help measure, cut, and fit materials as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50–100+ lbs) regularly
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic construction or installation experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work early mornings and occasional overtime
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with counter top installation or general construction
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• DOT medical card (if applicable)
