Carpenter, Lead - Construction

Performs tasks as assigned by the In-House Construction Manager. Responsible for coordinating multiple trades and tasks. Must maintain a neat and professional demeanor and work environment.

• Required:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent, or trade school.

• Required:
  
  Five years experience as a carpenter in a commercial environment.

• Required:
  
  A valid driver's license

Builds, installs, repairs, and adjusts all furnishings and equipment in the facility. Coordinates multiple trades and tasks such as electrical, mechanical and unit price personnel. Installs acoustical ceiling tile, vinyl composition tile, sheet vinyl, carpet, new walls, installs drywall, plastering, painting, vinyl wall covering, door frames, doors and hardware, office furniture systems, rubber cove base, concrete forming and placement, installs professionally plumb level square in accordance with construction standards.

Maintains a professional work environment and ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations by the employees and subcontractors. Assists all departments in moving and every day maintenance of the facility. Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
