• Perform, wash, wax and detail work of aircraft interiors and exteriors.
• Polish, buff or treat aircraft sections as required.
• Shop floor clean‑up and assist in other minor cleaning duties.
• Monitor and inspect aircraft detailing.
• Inspect completed paint jobs.
• Paint mixing and paint matching.
• Effectively and clearly communicate (speak, write, read) in English.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal.
• Self‑motivated, flexible, skilled at working in a fast‑paced environment with deadlines.
• Reliable transportation to work each day.
• Ability to work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
• Willingness to assist with painting, paint base coat and layout.
• Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
• Maintain customer‑oriented work habits.

• Lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Routine walking, bending and squatting or sitting.
• Work standing on ladder or scaffold.
• Pass pulmonary physical.
• Pass respiratory fit test and wear protective gear.

• Air equipment, polisher and sander.
• Stripper pump, electrostatic paint guns, pressure posts, and laser level.
• Tugs, power carts and other engine powered equipment.

Majority of work will be accomplished in a heated hangar or shop area. Work on aircraft on ramp may occur in varied positions in and around the aircraft.

Work under supervision of your Team Leader.
