What you can expect

When you join our team, every day brings new experiences and opportunities for growth, ranging from replacing or repairing parts, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical/hydraulic systems, to performing inspections on some of the most sophisticated civilian aircraft.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
  • Remove and install panels and components.
  • Troubleshoot and problem‑solve aircraft system/component issues.
  • De‑fuel aircraft.
  • Engine removal and installations.
  • Operate ground support equipment.
  • Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components.
  • Aircraft movement and assistance in performance runs/taxiing.
  • Maintain and repair shop facility, equipment, and tooling.
  • Use basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Communicate effectively in English (speak, write, read).
  • Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Levels AMT I
  • Airframe or Powerplant license required;
    Airframe preferred.
  • 0‑2 years of experience in aviation maintenance, avionics, or similar.
  • Limited to moderate knowledge of general maintenance aspects.
  • Require close supervision of general maintenance tasks.
AMT II
  • Airframe or Powerplant license required;
    Airframe preferred.
  • 2‑4 years of experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Experience on corporate aircraft preferred.
  • Require general supervision on routine maintenance and detailed instruction for new or special assignments.
AMT III
  • Airframe license required;
    Powerplant license highly preferred.
  • 4‑6+ years of experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Experience on corporate aircraft highly preferred.
  • Full knowledge of general, detailed, and special assignments in aircraft maintenance.
AMT IV (Master)
  • Airframe and Powerplant license required.
  • 6+ years of experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Extensive experience on corporate aircraft platforms.
  • Subject‑matter expert in all areas of the job.

  • Potential to supervise other technicians in some capacity.
Working Conditions
  • Hangar environment with extreme temperature variations.
  • Outdoor work during aircraft runs.
  • Varied positions in and around the aircraft.
Equipment Used
  • Personal hand tools supplied by the mechanic.
  • Pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
  • Jacks, stands, lifts, and other support devices.
  • Tugs, power carts, and other engine‑powered equipment.
