• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC equipment
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
• Test electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and system performance
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Clearly explain findings and repair recommendations to homeowners
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call

• Minimum one year of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment
• EPA Certification (preferred or required, depending on company requirements)
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycle, airflow, and controls
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
• Own standard HVAC hand tools
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction
